I am pursuing a PhD in Physics at Purdue Univerisity. My research interests include Particle physics, Nuclear physics and Astrophysics. I am a member of the CDF (Collider Detector Facility) collaboration based at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab). Prior to joining Graduate school at Purdue, I completed my Masters (M.Sc.) in Physics at Indian Institute
of Technology Madras, Chennai (IIT Madras) and received my Bachelor's
degree in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from University of
Rajasthan, Jaipur, India.
Currently, I am working on B (Bottom quark) Physics under the guidance
of Dr. Matthew Jones. The nature of my work involves analyzing data acquired at CDF by applying Physics concepts, Mathematics and Statistical models. My PhD thesis work focuses on Probing Quark Fragmentation by studying Kaon production in association with D mesons.
